The schedule depends on the size and complexity of the project. A typical single family custom home can span 3-6 months in design, 3-6 months in permitting, and 6-12 months in construction. Smaller projects and limited renovations may take much less time to design and permit.

We have a list of preferred contractors that we recommend based on your project. They work for the client directly and the only thing we get back are great projects.
We are also happy to work with your preferred contractor. We like finding new partners to build with.

YES! Architects can provide construction administration services after the permit drawings are complete. This may include reviewing shop drawings and submittals, answering contractor questions, visiting the site, reviewing payment applications, evaluating proposed changes, and helping ensure the finished project is consistent with the design documents. We typically charge hourly for this process.
